Police Check

Hi everyone!

Thank you for this advice I wait with baited breath to hear the news.

I do have another question, you might be able to help me with.

Our 5-year residence permit is due to expire and for two reasons we have to apply as a first applicant

1) we have renewed our passports

2) changing category  to family

So what do we do about a police check, because is states on the required documents sections i am reading everywhere, and I quote:

In some cases a Police Check Record, etc, etc,

I can remember on our original application we took some paperwork (I think) and it was signed at the police station, which was then subsequently sent off. But now I have nothing , so I don't know what to do 

Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me?

You go to your local court wıth Resıdency Permıt and Passport and fıll ın a form and they wıll check to make sure you dont have a Polıce record ın Turkey and then sıgn a form and gıve ıt back to you.
