My 4 year old Granddaughter just Graduated from Nursery, she is going to School at the end of August when she is 5 years old.  Did not know this happened, however, she looks so cute, I don't care.

She does indeed look cute Jacqui as she would in any clothes.

But I am afraid the idea of Graduation from from Nursery is not for me in any way.

The nurseries have been doing this for a few years now

Thanks Anne, did not know about this, however, it is just a bit of fun for the kids and the parents.
I do know that the tradition in Scotland when kids get to Primary School is to have a mock wedding, between two of the pupils in their first year.  I suppose it is to give them a view into the world they are growning up in.  My son was the "groom" many years ago, he enjoyed it, but really drew the line at kissing the bride
