At last I've decided to log in on my own right !

I'm Shaun and have spent the last twelve months looking over my wife Maria's (Cavfan) shoulder whilst she has been posting. As you can imagine this has been getting on her nerves so I've registered myself.

I've already had the dubious but enjoyable pleasure of meeting a few of the contributors ie:Captain Squiffy and weey, the Sandgrounders and Jenny. I am also related in various ways to Cutz and the 'Raffs'(Hi Liann, Brian and Chris x)

I have ,along with Maria, been visitng Calis since 1989, the year after we got married. I have seen many changes in that time but what never changes are the friendly wonderful Turkish people we have been lucky enough to meet.

Last year we were lucky enough to be able to buy our own little 'palace in the sun'.Think we could have probably bought it ten times over the amounts we have spent on hotels over the years. Better late than never. lol

The main question is - if you are not looking over her shoulder - where is she

You haven't done away with her and buried her under the patio leaving our neice Liann (alias Cutz) without a "cousin in law"?

Hi Shaun, great to see you have joined the "club". Can't wait to meet up again in September and enjoy a few vodkas on your lovely terrace. Also looking forward to the early morning coffee on the 13th - mine is white no sugar and Pete's is white with 1/2 sugar. See you soon.
