Surf café beach party
« on: July 07, 2015, 08:14:22 AM »
Hi all

Has anyone been to the beach party on a Friday night? If so is it worth going to? Was told it was 40tl pp by the waiter there.

Any thoughts please?

Thanks

Do you have to book or can you just turn up on the night?

you have to book at the beach. They like to know how many to cater for.

Took a trip down to surf cafe beach party last night didn't have the food there and I am glad we didn't pay the 40 lira per person as the so-called a belly dancer was just awful she looked more like a majorette than a belly dancer and yes she was English but just truly awful.

It is not what I would call a beach party at all but at least I have been to see what it's like.

The Only Good Thing about the evening was the fire show which was pretty impressive but that was all and the owner or the head waiter whoever he is is a very pushy man and i wont be heading back to surf cafe for a while, this is the third time I have encountered him and doing the hard sell.

I am glad we ate at Guvens restaurant instead last night very enjoyable food and service was excellent review to come later

Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole, if you go to this place pay as you go or you will be charged for drinks you haven't had, Guvens every time!!!!
