Finanasbank bank log on help needed please

Is anyone having problems logging on from the UK to their Finanas account.
Ours was all going smoothly after a lot of kerfuffle getting it set up last month, suddenly i cant log on it keeps saying wrong customer no ( which i know its not) wrong password ( which i know its not) or your blocked but does not tell me which of the three things it is
Any ideas anyone please thanks   :)

I had the same problem, l emailed Gulsah and she said I had to reset my password. Luckily I was coming to Turkey a few days later so went in to see her. I had to phone the internet banking dept and after a lot of security question's I made a new password. Not sure if you can do that from UK, I would email your banker and ask the question.
By the way no one knew why old password was blocked.

Thank you Jsp i iv since had a text message saying my password has been changed and to call a no to get the new one or it may have said to reset it...im over soon so i will go in to the bank and sort it out...
