If Reg has his way an Efes will be 30+TL and the temp will be about 32*without your cardi and 46* wearing your cardi : :)

The biggest earning market for Efes is Russia so the company will have gone bankrupt by September - even if RTE hasn't banned alcohol anyway. This is why I am going in June.

The temperature will be 5C higher in the evening if you take your cardi than if you leave it at home. This is due to a little understood meteorological phenomenon known as Sod's Law.

WOW that's a great rate you hope it may be keith.

way back 16 yrs ago we only got 146.500 TLR to the £  when we first visited turkey  and  I also got  5 pints of beer to the £.
I still remember the good old days.

Amazingly on the day of the tragic terrorist attack in a tourist area of Istanbul, the lira strengthened against the pound, and the flights I was watching went UP by £48.

I will never understand it all...
