A week or so back found ourselves hungry after 9 pm so took a stroll in the poring rain on the Prom to find most places had closed the kitchen because of the rain. Only place open appeared to be "MOTTO" next to the Viewpoint, very Turkish, front section for Nargile smokers but thought, only choice so go for it! .....Mega impressed ... had the seafood fettuccine (I think, cant remember...could have been taglietelle
) and among the best I ever tasted, a nice bottle of white followed by the "fruit plate", incredibly fresh and tasty fruit, then offered free Turkish Coffee and liqueur. When the bill arrived pleasantly surprised as very reasonable considering the quality. What started as a "bit weeed off everywhere was closed and I am soaked" developed into a really nice evening. Will definitely go back!
