Google Streetview

Just in case it hasn't been mentioned and only noticed about half an hour ago. Google Streetview now works for Fethiye and Calis. Possibly all of Turkey but I haven't looked.

The BuzzBar web cam has changed the view, it's much better showing a little bit more.  8)

Russian company Yandex offers street view for Ankara, Istanbul, Bursa, izmit, Kuşadası, Didim and Izmir. In 2014 Antalya, Alanya, Manavgat, Fethiye, Marmaris, Afyonkarahisar and more other locations were added.[31] Also a local service Dunya 360 offers street view for Göynük and some other places.[32]

Yandex covers Hisaronu, my place is on there. The only drawback is that the instructions are not in English.

But it's still still nice to motor around Hisaronu using a Laptop.       :)

Thank you for the heads-up Madmart, can get my fix through this until I get back again. Its a pity that the images were taken in January 2015 and all the shops etc are boarded up, doesn't give a great impression to people who are thinking of visiting.

You're right it is a pity that the views were taken out of season. However the Yandex views were done whilst the preliminary works for the road paving were being done.
