Jerry boat still as good as ever. Stopped by coastguard checked all paperwork and everyone's I'd.  Good to know they are being extra vigilant inland and at sea.

Sorry, looked on list and took everyone that was Turkish I'd and a random selection of others. Not only looked but asked them to confirm info, some people they rang in about. Checked all boats paperwork, counted passengers. Felt and feel very safe. Here in resort, up in Fethiye.

I guess it'll be worth carrying a photocopy of your passport with you wherever you go - rather than taking your actual passport?

Looking forward to our visit in 10 weeks!!  Bring on the Efes.............. :-)

Generally, yes. But it's not guaranteed.

We  booked with Monarch Airlines for our trip in September/October, we usually fly with Easyjet or Jet 2, but Monarch were cheaper (have flown with them previously, but not for many years).  We have now been informed that our flights will be with Smartlynx a Latvian Airline, which Thomas Cook also use sometimes, I was just wondering whether anyone else has ever flown with Smartlynx, and if so what were they like?

I thin k there's a lovely buzz about Calis just now. We've never been this late so can't compare it . Spent the day at Aroma Beach club and they serm to be doing a really good trade in drinks and lunches.
