Is that for two and who with please?

Yes, for us both with Easyjet.
We booked a month or two back though

Shows you how much I know. Was that just the flights - no bags, etc.

I never thought to look at Easyjet :-[

Yes John, just flights.
We don't take luggage now.
With Easyjet their hand luggage is unlimited weight so long as your bag meets the measurement requirements.

It is fine if you live in the London area, you will always get a cheap flight.  Different story if you live in Scotland. I have check out any Scottish airport flights for September.  They are all coming up around £500.00 for two.
Would it be worth thinking about flying Edinburgh-Gatwick? Easyjet have Sept flights one-way around £27-£33.

£149.80 return each this October. From Manchester though but that is no problem  :)
