Yes, Ive noticed that on many nights Menthol, as I said its my indicator of how busy/quiet it is this year. I'd hoped my last post wasn't just a Saturday night one off. It's such a shame. Maybe everything will improve when the kids holidays start.

I was chatting to a chap who owns an apartment block in Marmaris. He said it was absolutely dead. Which is why he wasn't there (where he had been for the last eight years), had left an assistant in charge and was attending to his other two businesses elsewhere.

Two villas I was interested in both sold within a week. Trying to find a long term rental is proving to be a little harder than we anticipated. So property is moving well. I'm still looking for a long term rental villa with private pool.  >:(

What we noticed in the month we were in Calis was, the restaurants all finished early.   Usually people have a meal and sit on and have some drinks and often people just come in for a drink.  However, the restaurants all seem to empty out by around 10.00pm.  We saw a lot closed by 10.30pm.
