I think it was 2004 Howard, our first visit, but this will be our 18th holiday in Calis!!
When we first came, someone told me that Calis would shout me back; I remember thinking 'You're joking, right" - the main street was a dirt track with a very rickety bridge at one end, the beach shingly/pebbly and not exactly pristine, the sea murky and full of concrete blocks, and we got very bad stomach upsets from a restaurant opposite the Meri Bar that had chickens on a rotisserie!
It did though!
Since we retired, we've been coming twice a year, for a month at a time!!
