I booked two tours with seaside tours-sunset cruise and jeep safari. i had two friends with me and it was their first time in turkey.
Our jeep safari trip was supposed to be with animal (a very lively man who makes the trip amazing and fun) we paid extra for this.
On the day of our trip the rep met us and explained that animal had a day off so we would be unable to go with him.i was assured that the company he was transferring us over to was just as lively.
The trip was horrendous the guide didnt speak to us and was very flat. AND guess who passed us on his amazing tour -ANIMAL!!! they lied to us..he had no idea about our booking and said he hadnt been contacted, so they basicly took our money with no intention of giving us the rep we requested.
Our second trip was very alarming.
We booked a sunset cruise with the promise of live singer, dancing , belly dance, fire show and great food.we also booked the trip that goes from fethiye.(again I paid extra for this)
when we were picked up I noticed we were going in the wrong direction and were heading towards oludeniz, I spoke to the driver who said stop talking !
When we arrived in oludeniz we were led to our boat , we had all dressed up and was wearing heels.we had to walk across the beach and scramble up onto the plank after wading in water as the boat was moored to far back!
When we got on the boat I that we weren’t going to get the trip in the brochure or as promised.-the boat was shabby , there was no tables just sunbeds to sit on , the live singer was a crackly boat radio, the fire show was non existent, and no belly dancer was booked, the food was appalling really dry and very small pieces of chicken, I later spoke to the staff and said were supposed to be on the fethiye boat , and explained my concerns.
The manager said “shut up lady , this is all we have “ i asked for a refund as the trip was absolutely not what we paid for, and was told to get off the boat !
We tried to enjoy our night but it honestly was awful,no atmosphere ,staff were rude and only interested in pushing drinks on you every ten minutes.
We were over charged on our drinks by over 90 lira and when we brought this up the manager clenched his fist and said “you pay me money or we do this another way”
I refused to pay the extra and said to my two friends that as soon as this boat stops we need to get off quick as I no longer felt safe.
Unfortunately we were held by our arms by the staff.
I wriggled free and pulled my friends to safety of the beach.
The men circled us and repeated” you pay or we do this another way “
we quickly ran to the seafront where the shops were and ran into a taxi , the men yanked us out by our arms and hair.
We got free by screaming help and ran (as we were being chased)into a strangers car who was parked up by the side of the road (this is how scared we were!) again we were pulled out and kicked and slapped by the boat staff.
The manager screamed in my face “GIVE ME MY MONEY YOU BITCH”
He also took my bag and emptied the contents on the floor, luckily my friend had my purse.
We got free again by screaming for help and managed to get into an another taxi and got home.
We sat up all night watching for them , they didn’t come luckily and my friends were very shaken up , bruised and have a horrible tainted view of turkey.
We went home the next day as were so frightened.

DO NOT book with them and do not go to VULCAN 4 in oludeniz
