A bit light on "Sun Group Fethiye", an "Sunshine Cafe Fethiye", coupled with"property maintenance" and "pool maintenance".

All in good time JF   :)

I know, but right now we got six googlebots plus yahoo having a peek because I asked them nicely.

And the result is ... a search for "sun group" Fethiye Calis brings up, in third place, this thread and features JF's post immediately before this one. You know the one referring to Sun Group Fethiye and Sunshine Cafe. On Yahoo this thread appears in second and fourth place.

Are we talking about the EMRE KAYMANLI SUN GROUP who steals money from a vulnerable lady, or the EMRE KAYMANLI  from the SUNSHINE CAFE who threatens ladies who ask for work to be completed ??
Not a very good review for anyone willing to invest money in his city. Maybe Jacqui and I need a rethink
About where we choose to spend our time and of course our hard earned retirement fund??

Yes, we are we talking about the EMRE KAYMANLI of SUN GROUP who steals money from a vulnerable lady, and the very same EMRE KAYMANLI  from the SUNSHINE CAFE who threatens ladies who ask for work to be completed. What a twunt eh ?

He also seems to be the same EMRE KAYMANLI  from the SUNSHINE CAFE who has a page on Facebook.

And the same Emre Kaymanli who threatens a vulnerable lady and when that shuts her up, posts  on here to say the problem has been sorted!

Hmm, yeah same EMRE KAYMANLI AND SUN GROUP & SUNSHINE CAFE -CALIS/FETHIYE on FACEBOOK.
Seems like a nasty conniving man to me. I can't think of another business that would THREATEN a VULNERABLE LADY in that way.
On second thoughts, does THEFT count as a business ?

Turkish people look out for each other, even strangers. I remember a commotion spilling out of a Calis shop - there was an English family and the shop owner arguing very aggressively. As it went into the road, Turkish guys came from all directions to help the shopkeeper. They didn't know (couldn't know) what it was all about but they were there without a second's thought. I remember admiring this unquestioned support for a fellow countryman in need.

This forum does the same, that was part of the whole initial concept - to advise other Brits of good service, or when one of our own had been scammed - and to give everyone the facts and the option to stand shoulder to shoulder with the wronged member.

Of course, when it is against one of the few bad apples over there who is at fault, he will generally not appreciate the noble act of people standing together in the face of wrongdoing.

To be honest, you come across guys like this everywhere, not just Fethiye.  In my experience, compared to other areas of Turkey, the level of dishonesty and scams on foreigners in Fethiye and the surrounding areas is a lot lower, especially where property is concerned.

I wouldn't let it put you off, seriously.

It takes a reasonable person to appreciate what has taken place in this thread Scunner. I spent a couple of years browsing the forum before deciding it was a good place to be and registering. This has justified that decision. I don't post much mainly because I have nothing to say, but like everyone who has posted here I don't like injustice, and particularly against a countryman/woman.
