I also agree, I think it would be better to pick just one, my favourite.  Once three are picked my third favourite maybe some other peoples third, but not their No.1.  So the winner may not be the overall favourite.   Even first, second and third would be better than pick three. .... Just saying.

I always find it difficult to pick three as where I regard as being a decent bar is probably not where I would necessarily would want to go for a meal out and vice versa.....

The reason for the three votes was exactly because of that - initially we had a Bar vote and a separate Restaurant vote, but people complained that The Harem was in restaurants but they only went there for a drink, and that some of the bars were in the bars section but they thought it was their favourite restaurant. So we made it one vote and you could vote for your three favourites - maybe one bar one restaurant and one spare - so it didn't matter whether you saw it as a bar or a restaurant.

But anyway, the above poll doesn't seem to be operating correctly so I've stopped it. A halfway house might be best - 2 votes, a bar and a restaurant. We'll sort it and restart later.

And, now that it makes no difference to me can I say that as most people write reviews in the one and only restaurant review section for all areas and based on the fact that a lot less people tend to vote in the best bar/restaurant poll for Fethiye it has occurred to me (every year) that more people might vote in that poll if it was in the same section rather than in the Fethiye section where I suspect it is less visible and less searched. Just a thought
