Erin Spot seems to come well recommended so we'll be heading off there as soon as we can.  As its raining cold and miserable here right now the sooner the better :(

Is it usual for apartments just to be painted cream or white in all the rooms [?]

Hi Paul & Sue - good luck with your new apartment! We bought in May last year and we think about nothing else but our next visit. Our apartment is in the centre of Calis and had been previously owned by Germans - we had it completely refurbished during the winter. The walls had all been painted white and it looked really drab - we decided to go for different pastel colours in all the rooms - what a difference the colour has made - everyone has remarked how nice it looks.
