What time would you suggest booking a table to get the best sunset view ??

At the moment seven thirty, I think sunset is about about eight fifteen .

It will depend on the dates in September. The first of September will be about seven thirty sunset and each day it will become earlier, by the end of September it will be about six forty five sunset. If you booked about six it would cover all bases with time to spare!     Twilight starts about five and  by the end of the month it will be five thirty. Twilight is when it starts to become pretty I personally think.
