Following what looks to be established protocol on this site, a big hello from us - "The Ruffians!". We've had a second home in the area for 3 years now & simply love the place. Business & work committments prohibit visiting as often as would like but manage 3to4 x per yr. Our sons/family & friends also seem to love the place. Many repeat visits speak volumes. Have recently invested in second rental property in the sticks. Does anyone know a reliable property management/maintenance agent?

A very informative and useful site, well done to the organisers.

Welcome to the forum.

We love our place in Calis and can't wait to get out there again - like you we manage about 3 visits this year - going in under 2 weeks.

There is a search facility at the top where you can look for past info. I am sure other members will give recommendations.

We use our developers who have a rental & cleaning service section.
The cleaning company always do a good job.

Hi ruffian, welcome to the forum, i went 4 times last year & emptied my bank account doing it, but i won £3,336 on Irish lottery, to replenish my bank account, i made a vow not to do it again, so now i go with thomas cook 19 days at a time, still spend 6wks there but save on flights & transfers.
