If you look on the Jet2 site there is a section for Coronavirus which is pretty comprehensive based on FCO advice.As a result of which I followed the advice contacted our booking agent On The Beach,I’ve had a response basically saying they will get back to me .So they are hardly silent as stated earlier.
I think we need to do the checking not wait for them as they will have millions of customers,will have to prioritise and it all takes time.
