Hi Jordan and welcome, afraid someone will be upset with this post but I think you are right not to want to come , there will be nothing for you as you cant work here. We were in the same position with our son and he loves it here, so we waited while he finished school then college then found a job and somewhere to live then we moved out here, and it was still very hard leaving him but he was 20 and had started his own life.

Agreed Smudge.  We're in exactly that position at the moment, it's not fair to take teenagers over to Turkey and then expect them to live your dream.
Jordan you have your whole life in front of you and all the time in the world to visit your parents wherever they choose to live.
Good luck what ever you decide

hi jordan and welcome, with a nice name like jordan are you male or female, because why i ask is that parents worry more about leaving you in england if you are a female and would want you with them, sorry don`t want to sound bias against the sexes.have you someone responsible that you could stay with until you finish school.

Jordan - this HAS to be a family decision - no-one outside your family group can advise - only express their own experiences - whether you take them on board or otherwise MUST eventually be a joint parent/offspring decision !!!

There are many such decisions to make on your road to 'wherever you end'

The very best of good luck to you all

Sometimes you have to find out for yourself by experiencing it. What ever you decide nothing is forever!
I hope what ever happens you and your family gain more than you loose.
Best of luck
