new member some advice?
« on: January 28, 2006, 18:55:06 PM »
Just to introduce myself '
I'm Vicky and my partner is geoff. We have just bought a villa outside Fethyie.it was off plan and partly built. We are going in February 2006 when we should get the keys. We have just found this forum and think it is fantastic.I am hoping to do bed and breakfast and obviously there must be many pitfalls, anyone out there doing the same and would like to give us some useful advice.

Hi Vicky
Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new villa.
I've not heard of anyone doing bed and breakfast in Fethyie although most of the local Pensions offer this service.
Use the search facility at the top of the page, you may find someone knows different.
Good luck in your new venture :)

Hi Vicky
I have met a couple doing bed and breakfast in a pension that they bought in Kayakoy.  They have had it up and running for a year and told me they were doing well.  I dont have their contact details but I'm sure this will help with your confidence in the new venture.
Good Luck!
Doug
