Hi looking to purchase property in Dalaman very soon has any one info on how to protect money paid to builders in advance for stage payments?? :)would appreciate some help& advice on this one

I agree better safe than sorry! This is especially so if you don't know much about the builder and have little knowledge of their reputation. You might feel anxious about all of this - that is natural but if you are handing over a lot of dosh best be sensible and protect your interests; even if using a builder with a good reputation.
