Banks, Interest, Money Transfers, Insurance / TL slipping yet again.

Turkey’s Lira weakened for a fourth-straight day against the US Dollar early on Friday, driven lower by a rise in US bond yields and concerns about monetary policy.

Going into the weekend at 10.38.

Just walked in the door from my jab...the NHS page on the website hasn't been updated, but the age has been dropped to 60+ now. Did it myself after reading on this forum. First jab done 20m ago and second on 14May; looking for a flight from 17May!

Most of my 60-65 friends & family have been able to book a vaccine online in the last two days. No problem. One friend 60+ who wanted to wait to get her vaccine at her surgery received her invitation letter from the NHS today so definitely no queue jumping.

They would be able to due to age without queue .What I was questioning was Stoop suggesting never mind age just book it if you can type comment

Flights to Dalaman and Turkey, Airlines and Airports / Re: Corendon Airlines

Thank you for your replies.I came across them while looking for flights, the reviews aren’t very good and wondered if anyone had had a bad experience . I only live 10 mins from Birmingham airport in Solihull and only have Jet2 or Tui to choose from, they are mainly selling package holidays, and flight only prices have gone crazy.I did use Turkish Airlines once but found the journey and connection time took too long.Hopefully some other airlines will look at the route in the future.

They're an Antalya based charter airline with strong links to the Netherlands and Malta. I've flown with them a couple if times and had no problems.

Has anyone used this company, flights seem quite cheap but i’m a bit wary having been caught out twice when Monarch and Thomas Cook went down while being on holiday.Opinions welcome.
