No criticism at all. The fault, be it a fault was ours. Lovely, guy and in fact, he rang us back that evening, asking us to wait 20 minutes and he would be there. We decided to take another cab, but our regular guy was so upset that we where using someone else and he thought he had let us down. We assured him it was no bother and he came over for us the next evening. We explained we were quite happy he was taking our guests to their destinations as we knew they where in good hands.
The point I was making is, if you find a regular driver and he is only a small business, Keep in mind if you give everyone his card the weeks you are out, you may find it difficult to use him yourself.
