Hi Colin and Brenda, welcome to the forum, what are you a novice at, going on forums or buying a property in Calis, i think we were all novices at buying property here at first, once you've had your first shock, you pick it up quick, my shock was when i got back to England after paying my deposit, 3 weeks later they wanted the rest of it, it was all sorted, i was the owner of an apartment, in England it can take months, never had any probs then or since, as regards the forum, i don't even know how i found it to join, but when you have made your first post, you can't stop, it's addictive, enjoy both.
