This is the crux of a message that I sent to fellow owners at Violet after mod Anne had kindly mailed everyone. It does show what the banks are after.
"Our Tedas bills are sent to Garanti and paid by direct debit so the Turkey end is covered.
We scanned and e mailed a copy of our nPower electricity statement to Garanti who acknowledged receipt and requested good copy of either driving license or passport.
We obliged with the latter and requested that they inform us if we have now have now satisfied their requirements. We are awaiting a reply for this so we will keep you posted".
