We walked past pies and pastries to try scarlet bar, it looked empty but then so was scarlet bar. Was June a very quiet month for Chalis. Scarletts was a Very nice bar but quiet. The barmen did make us laugh trying to do a Tom Cruise tossing bottles , being flash, he dropped most of them.

Mmm  cheesecake or pavlova...yum.  But also nice for an informal meal in the evening.  Sabri does a great mixed grill and the lamb chops are always lovely. Tried the curry pasties and friends recommend the mince & onion pies. The staff are friendly - the prices are competetive.Well worth a visit.

REAL CHOC CAKE, that will do for me, lemon cheesecake, what a decision . lol x
