i posted because my situation was being discussed on the forum and their was misunderstanding about what had happened.
i wont name anyone or bar until i feel safe enough to do so, it would be foolish.
the response iam talking about is here in calis where people know exactly who iam and where he works.

You are safe to tell people in Calis but not safe but not safe to tell the important bits on the forum? I can't see how that works. Assuming you mean that to name the bar on a public forum would expose you to danger, but telling a public forum that you are doing that locally won't?

Forgive me but I have no idea what you are hoping to achieve here.

the important "bit" is my safety at present.
i couldnt hide my injury unless i stayed in for 2 weeks so it was obvious to people living here.
it would inflame the situation if i named anyone or place.
i dont want anything from this?
i didnt start the initial  post and had nil intention of doing so.

Cant you show a bit of compassion, the girl has been battered by her boyfriend, she is in a foreign land on her own and probably jfeels ver vunerable and alone she obviously just wants to let off a bit of steam, put yourself in her shoes, how would you feel?  I know what she means about being scared of reporting it, i have Turkish in-laws and know from experience how they close ranks, why cant you all be a bit sympathetic and give the girl a bit of support instead of snide comments, what has to happen on this forum for you to get a bit of sympathy?

I think if you look incredibly carefully you will see 4 pages of sympathy, including my own Janice.

I'm not spoiling it, I'm administrating a forum in between outpourings of sympathy. I enquired as to what she would like people to do to show the support she complains is sadly lacking. This topic isn't helping anyone, doesn't allow people to help anyone and it's possibly my job to point that out.

Oh minxer thats really awful whats happened. But I have to say your an inspiration to others stuck in relationships like that, by leaving your ex-partner. Best of luck in moving on.

Don't let that lil s**t scare you out of calis either. Or'll I'll sort him out next year  ;)
