Winter Flights
« on: November 18, 2009, 16:31:59 PM »
Can some kind person please tell me how to find some flights to Dalaman in the winter, I thought Onur Air still flew to Dalaman in the winter months? Have not been able to find them on the normal websites I use apart from over the Xmas period.
Many thanks for any help given.

From Gatwick. I have tried loads T. Cook, Travel Republic, A1 Travel, Holidays 4u, Onthebeach and some others, not one of them is showing any Onur Air flights except for over Xmas, I can find flights to Antalya but not Dalaman, except T. Cook on a Monday!

Very few flights uk to dalaman direct in winter time [ most are  only Thomas cook flights] .

Quite a few flights go to dalaman  via istanbul though from stansted / heathrow... Pegusas web site have good deals from stansted and Edreams web site and Netflights web site show from heathrow on turkish airline with only a 90 min max  change over of flights. At quite low prices  @ £119 return on some dates [ includes 25 kg bags free food and drinks ]

We did it Karen earlier in the year ,and it was a doddle!  Really easy.  It's all quite self explanatory when you get there, and your luggage is automatically transferred from the one plane to the other.

It's better than not going, and Turkish Airlines were the best airline we have travelled with.  Go for it!  (Wish we could!)   :D

Nice to "see" you, by the way, Ron.  x

WE have been looking for ages to get a flight from Dalaman to Manchester this Winter. We found one today for 28th Dec. Going to Manchester £33 per person. Coming back to Dalaman £68 per person. However if you try to book return flights. Same plane same dates it is an extra £40 each. We have booked seperate flights. It worked out much cheaper.
