Thank you Janet.  I remember it being made with cubes of meat but as long as the spices are the same it shouldn't matter.

You lot have really inspired me.  :D

I was a gold member at Weight Watchers about 8 years ago, and got to goal, losing three stone.  They offered me a job, but I decided not to do it, as I didn't feel confident enough, despite looking fab after losing all that weight.   :)

To cut a long story short, I carried on going for a whole year after I got to goal, and kept the weight off.  I then had to give up as I had a full time job and couldn't make my favourite Wednesday morning class any more.  :(

Within a couple of years, I had put all the weight back on.  :(

I'm now toying with going back, but instead of Weight Watchers, I fancy trying Slimming World.  I need to lose two stone in ....... well about five weeks really, in time for my friend's wedding on 3rd April!!   :o  I'm not in quite so much rush for the other stone - that can come off by the end of May, in time for my holiday in Calis.   8)

I'm definitely going to start this week if I can find a local class.   ;)

Well done Puma - doesn't it feel good.  Keep it up.  I've just retired from work and had my retirement do today so have eaten loads of stuff I shouldn't have.  Back on the eating plan tomorrow
