went for a meal last night and really was naughty - hot chocolate fudge cake with ice cream - and boy did it taste absolutely scrummy.  Next week will tell

Over 1500 reads and 64 replies but only one contribution, and a non serious one at that, from a man.

Why is that do you think ?. It's a serious question.

Men don't need to make comments on this one!  They're on the same diet as their wives/partners etc. so they're going to lose weight anyway and just amaze their friends bragging about how much training they have been doing in the gym and how good they feel!!

Ha Ha  Keep up the good work!!
