Well done Puma! thats fab! Ive got to be really strict with myself this week up until saturday night, when we take my mum to one of her fav places in London for a meal for her 60th, the food in the place we are going to is heaven so ive got to be good up until then, then I can have a little treat! ;-)

Enjoy yourself and remember 1 day won't undo all the good work you've done.  Happy 60th to your mum.
Had a bad week myself as had some terrible news and what do I do - resort to comfort eating.  My brother was on a skiing holiday in Bulgaria when he had a stroke. Rushed to hospital where they operated to remove a blood clot on his brain.  Its now touch and go and all we can do is wait and pray.  Its awful being so far away.
Anyway must try and stay positive as I don't want to put back all the weight I've lost.  Time will tell but I'm not hopeful about weigh in on Tuesday.

Thanks NB - just had a text to say they are bringing him out of the induced coma but will take a few days.  At least he's holding his own

thanks everyone.  It really does help knowing you are all thinking and praying for him. I'll let you know of any developments.  I feel like I have some on line friends here not just banter about diets.  Talking of diets - had a big bar of chocolate today - am I stupid or what?

No Janet, just not thinking straight.  The time for diets is not when you are upset.
