*hangs head in shame* put on 2.5lbs this week! Was expecting it, and its * week but still my fault entirely! I am on a 8 week count down now till Turkey so I must loose 14lbs! Grr! Good luck all xx

Oh no, i have put on 2lbs this week & i thought i was being good!Don't know whats happened there: must put more effort into exercise i think.

Managed to scrape another 1/2lb off this week, The girls I sat next to one lost 4 stone, and the other one stone and half and she started class the same day as me..I really need to get into it..66 days for me too NB, and I also have to lose a stone, I,m sure we will get there :-) Sorry to hear the scales havent been kind to you this week Christine.

Have lost 3lb over the last two weeks - have to admit mostly due to a chest infection which stopped me being able to eat or wanting to eat anything much last week, but if I can just get rid of another couple of pounds then I'm back in my target range.  Out to Ovacik at the end of the month so wish me luck in shifting those pounds before I get there and put it all back on again!  Good luck everyone for this week, forget the odd pound or two gained, just look forward - you can do it xx

Ah Christine we are in the same boat! sorry for your gain! Ive got such a busy week coming up as im leaving my job, and im being taken out to lunch 3 times next week, and then have my leaving drink on thursday afternoon, ahhhh just gotta be good in between! slikmrs well done you thats great and keep up the good work! you will do it xx BB well done you, but sorry to hear youve not been well, hope your better now? have a good weekend all xxxxx

Wooooo hoooo 2lbs off for  *does a little dance* feel back on track! BUT I have a heavy week of drinking from tonight onwards, as Im leaving my job and going elsewhere, so do I just drink alcohol and dont eat, or, well perhaps not! alcohol and stick to the plan and hope for the best! good luck all xxxx

Great stuff NB - eat, drink and then dance it all off I say! - enjoy your week and just perhaps alternate alcohol with diet drink and eat the right stuff and you'll do fine xx

Thanks BB, thats what I was thinking, I usually drink shandy but can never get diet lemonades in the pubs here, so thought I would drink Vodka, soda water and a real piece of lime squeezed in, if I stick to that I should be OK! good luck all xxx

Well done NB, great loss this week, hope your leaving celebrations go well. Sorry to hear you havent been well BB, hope your feeling better soon,plus side is that you lost 3lb...lol..

Managed to put on 1.5lb this week..feel very miserable about it, but onwards and upwards (downwards!!)
