Christine dont be too disheartened I know how you feel as I feel like i have hit a wall but I am mixing things up and trying different foods this week, have written it all out so I know what I am having plus I am throwing in lots of salads for lunch with things like ham, boiled eggs, spring onions and mushrooms with lettuce cucumber grated carrot, to make a change from my packet pasta which I was living off through the winter, give yourself another week on the plan, start a fresh today (or whenever) and then set out a plan for the week I guarantee you will loose if your 100% on plan, if not ill buy you a drink when we are over! xx
