BB, Heather,this is the most I have ever lost in a week on SW. I changed to Red days, so I can get my 2 A,s and B,s. Using A milk and 4/5 laughing cow cheese and B's Cereal and Ryvita or bread.
Havent had any other carbs avoiding them like the plague. Read about that new Dukan diet which is a bit like Atkins, so switched to Red to see if it has the same affect, and it has seemed to. I boiled a box of Eggs and keep them in the fridge and snack on them. I am eating fruit for breaks at work and putting a handful of that thawed frozen stuff on my cereal. Only having the cheese n Ryvita at work for lunch, an Activia yoghurt for afters if I have any. Then Evening I am having meat and vegetables no potatoes, pasta or rice. Trying not to eat after 7pm. ooh and I made some sugar free jelly too. They reckon you can eat all that free food and still lose weight, but it doesnt work like that for me unfortuately.
It has been a really hard week and I have felt hungry, but I need to fit back in my holiday clothes for 9th Sept, so no choice really.Hope that has helped. Have a great week Ladies, lets hope the scales are kind to us xx:D
