Glad to report I lost the 1/2lb and got my half stone sticker..so happy with it, as I had a naughty weekend. I only lost 1lb last week so a bit disappointed.  Good news about the tomato soup is that I made it and loved it.  Bad news is that I left it on the hob and forgot to turn off the gas, so now have ruined rest of soup and pot that it was cooked in!  Off work sick at the moment and struggling to stay on track to be honest. Glad you're all doing ok, keep it up so you can keep me motivated please xx

At bPut on 2.5.  I wasn't counting over the weekend, missed meals and ate rubbish.  I know what I am doing so how do I get it so wrong some weeks.  I thought a pound up but 2.5 was a shock:(

Well done heather slik not to worry, im half hanging off the wagon lol! Sticking to SW food 100% but Chocolate, i love bloody chocolate at the moment, cant get enough of it! Also found out today im going in for an operation on 29th Feb, and i will have to be laid up for 2 weeks, and then have to have another op in March on my foot and will be laid up for 4 weeks! OMG! I wont be able to exercise or anything, so ive decided I need to be really on plan for the next couple of weeks and then try and keep on top of it while im off, will not buy treats or chocolate to have at home, just lots of packets of ham and chicken and quorn to snack on ha ha x Weigh in tonight which im dreading as its * week for me plus the chocolate so god knows what ive put on! xx
