booked flights with these shysters no facility to add luggage had to ring up on phone now 10 p minute been on now 70 minutes and still holding is there anything we can do to report these shysters to any regulated body i am now at 3 place in queue so i will come back later to report on how i got on ,

Been a few threads regard goldtrail, flew with themonce and never agin, wouldnt touch them with a barge pole, some people have had no probs with them, a complete waste of time.

1 hour and 50 minutes been in 2 place in queue for 30 minutes i think they do this purposely
