Must be different for Ovacik i have been on the three tariffs for ten years and the bill is always itemized ie what you use at what time and at what rate and totaled = the price you pay, as i say must be different for ovacik.

He has not been over charged that is the standard rate, unless you applied to Aydem for 3 rates, even then the chances of getting your money back are slim at best.

Not sure if they have different rates for areas but all our neighbours are on the same single rate in Gunlukbasi, and at our previous place at Babatashi, all where on 3 rate till Tedas was taken over by Aydem.
Would be interesting to know how many people are still on 3 rates without applying to Aydem what the rates are and where you live

Mark, see third post on topic for times and rates also confirmed by KKOB link under FAQs, Dave when the lightening blew our meters we had to get the new LCD type which were 50ytl each and they fitted them free.

Steve I know the prices are as you and Alan published for the 3 rate system and I know what the price is for the the one rate system.
I am curious to know, how many people and where are still on 3 rates without applying to Aydem. When we realised we had been taken off 3 rates I went to Aydem and they worked out 3 bills for me at both rates, I think the difference was about 2 or 3tl a month more on single rate, which was well worth it, for Carole not to have to get up to wash and iron at night and to sit in the dark after tea.
These were worked out when we thought we were on 3 rates so were being careful.

You can buy a 3 rate meter at most big electrical shops and fit it yourself, or you can get an electrician to supply and fit one. The main point to remember is that if you're having one fitted either for the first time or as a replacement for a damaged one, it's serial number must be registered with the local Aydem office.

You should either get the electrician to do it for you or take the meter yourself to the Aydem offices in Fethiye so that they can have a look at it and register it on their computer system.

We live in Ciftlik/Koca Calis area and have always had 3 rates with Tedas and Aydem. It suits our needs as we use most electric on the lowest rate at night.

Cinders this is what I was saying earlier in this thread, a lot of people think they are on 3 rates and they are not.
