Hisaronu is Total Rubbish

I remember when BurgerKing and McDonalds, were going to open in Fethiye, and a majority of Hisaronu tourists did not want them, as it would spoil their little bit of "Turkish Heaven". These same tourists think that Hisaronu is typically turkish with its Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Pizza Houses and Fish and Chip shops. Oh and lets not forget a certain popular restaurant that serves Indian Curries, authentic and "To die for", straight out of a Sharwoods jar. "Typically Turkish", get real. All I can say is Im glad I moved out of there to Fethiye where I have the best of both worlds. Oh and just for the record, My wife and I much prefer Calis than Olu Deniz.

love Fethiye... but its a couple of degrees cooler in the summer up here in H  ;)
Why do you all judge Hisaronu only by its  Bar Street ?  I notice you dont make comments about all the plus things I mentioned  above about Hisaronu .....
My point here is...We have Burger Kings and McDonalds and Indian / Chinese Restaurants and the like where I live, ... But I live in Cheltenham, the `jewel in the cotswolds`.... `Garden Town of England`  ;) its a lovely town surrounded by lovely scenery....mmmmmmm,   just ask anyone who`s been  / visited here....  :)    reminds me of Hisaronu`s locality

This getting too serious I think

Only went to Hisaronu once this year. that was for the dolphin march. but i had to partake of a curry while there. Was lovely. not a great fan of Bombay in Calis though ok when desperate for a curry fix and too lazy to make for myself.
By the way went Serkul 2 for a chinese tonight Was nice as usual I refuse to be drawn into the Serkul 1 or 2 debate, dont know the politics etc , just know Ive tried both and personally prefer Serkul 2 for food
Both Serkul 1 and 2 are now doing all you can eat for 15 tl

Isnt it good when tourist season gone:D Though I have no idea how they can earn money at these prices

Why not treat this thread like Hisaronu and shut it down for the winter?
