Absolutely outrageous! How does the punishment fit the crime? I don't like Andy Gray but this is ridiculous - losing your job over a bit of off air banter with your mate. What a country we are - Jeffrey Archer kept his place in the Lords after going to prison for purgery!!!

If you take a look on the internet you will see that he was on a warning as in December he made very lewd remarks to a girl presenter asking her to put her hands down his trouser to fit a microphone. So, this was the last straw... What an odious little creep he is
