It turned out to be Didem and a familiar story, but as the programme said, it could be a landmark legal case and good luck to the 50+ people involved. Even so, It seems to me all the more reason and far more sensible to buy an established property where all the tapu problems and snaggings have been resolved and you know what you are getting. At least you can then see a copy of the tapu and know everthing is ok.
