Does anybody have any "secret" phone numbers for FTC......! I have tried to book flights for next saturday Man - Dalaman. However all I have is a booking reference number - no details whatsoever, no flight tickets or full itinery and nothing come out of my bank account! I have now spent in the region of £10 waiting to get through to FTC on their helpline numbers, but to no avail. I am wondering if they have gone under? No response to emails....no online chat available......completely at a loss as to what to do next...flights have now gone up since yesterday, so not willing to pay extra because of their system cock up....what a farce. thanks...

I know they have had many computer problems over the last few weeks. It is mentioned on their website. It's not really good enough thought is it?

I hope they haven't gone under as I am in Turkey now and flying home with my dog on 5th April with FTC.

Got through on live chat yesterday and also on E-mail. Had a further E-mail about an hour ago.

No live chat on flythomascook since yesterday. I doubt they are going under, but its just odd that there is no way of actually contacting them. Blueclad, many many thanks, I will ring the numbers now. Sue

They sent me an email today stating they have a sale on until Monday
You could try www.thomascook.com/customer-relations asking them to call you.

Also had 2 e mails from them today.
The most important being an enquiry
to changes to my flight, which as yet
I have not been informed of.
With luck i'll recieve another reply
telling me of the changes.
Anyone else here booked to fly from
Dalaman to Gatwick on Friday May 25th
at 14.35 and been told the flight has
been changed and to what?
