I got 2.945 at ING today - advertised at 2.90 at exchanges in Fethiye and Calis

i heard ING and finans and sekur. However, i can only find the finans bank branches on their website the other two was in Turkish and me being ignorant or a tourist doesn't know the language

the bank next to HSBC in Fethiye is mentioned regularly I think it is the Seckur. It is located in Carsi Caddessi.

Can someone clarify for me please do you need to have an account with any of these banks to change money or can you just walk in and change money up? thanks for any replys
