We used one of the management companies you mentioned for a few years.  They started off brilliantly but very quickly went down the pan.  I did have a discussion with a British ex employee (who was their front man when we took them on) and it was obvious that they were taking on too much and it was impossible for them to maintain the standards with the staff they had.  PM me if you want to know more.

The few owners on Violet who use Orange don't rate them very highly at all.
I used them for the first year, seven years ago now and couldn't fault them but looks like things have changed.

From a guest point of view, the apartment we rent in Calis is looked after by "Peace of Mind" in Ovacik.  The pool is checked daily and if there are any problems we have a contact number and they are quick to respond.  Just another to add to your prospect list.

That's exactly what's happening to the owners who use them on our complex Sue.

Hi Louz

Try Bayram ... He speaks brilliant english and has done wonders with our complex.
I had small plumbing prob and a prob with one of my doors not locking, he sorted it next day.
His gardner and pool guy is brilliant.
His website is

Tell him Ray from Peace Villas recommended him.

Cheers and good luck

It's good to see happy owners recommending their property managers as it is a great area for the fast buck merchants who take and forget to do the work.

I will of course recommend Olga, who really does care about doing things right and doing the things you could easily not bother to do and nobody would know. I also tell her, every single time we are together, that I have no idea why she does it. To me, no amount of money is enough for giving your mobile number to people on holiday renting a customer's property.

Amongst numerous examples of why £10,000 a year is not enough (so a few hundred quid definitely isn't) - how about the renters who rang the Interturk management mobile line well after midnight to ask "when will this rain stop".

I rest my case.  :)
