Fun Pub coming to town

Having only just seen this thread, I agree that the front needs something to encourage people to go there, but I would have thought that if the 'fun pub' turns out to be as Nichola suggests, it can only put off more people than attract them - would certainly put me off, anyway! 
Hopefully it won't be like this - or Fethiye, here we come!

I'd love a Grumpy Pub, I think you may have something there. I've also long pondered opening a hotel in Fawlty Towers style, being rude as possible to guests - I reckon that would be a winner too

absolutely scunner......think it would be "fun" in itself...imagine a packed out pub,people complaining,moaning about the price of efes,the weather too hot too cold,no air con,mozzies,dogs,cats,bats,football on the telly,flights,transfers,food-not enough-too cold,bad service,short changed,short measures blah blah blah.......on second thoughts,the "grumpy pubs" are already out there all over calis,hahaha ;-)

If any anyone needs a template in order to model the Grumpy Pub I know of one that fully lives up to its billing - "If you haven't got a nice word to say about anyone ... you have come to right place". That might attract some EPKs don't you think?
