             An Anglia 105E was one of my first cars and i also had a MK3  GTCortina in Sebring red like Keith's dad. Those were the days  8)

Certainly not a minx H it looks like a Standard to me, I had a 1958 Standard Ensign for twelve years as a classic car   :)

my dads car was a Morris 10 :D

My first car was exactly the same car as Rimms pic :D   ;)

on closer inspection you could be right H but an early one  :)

H's photo is I think a Hillman minx they were very similar to the Ensign - I think his photo is of a dinky toy one.

My Dad's first and only car was a Ford Popular. He bought it second-hand, kept it in the garage, but he failed half a dozen driving tests and eventually sold it to a friend. He never did pass his driving test.

I can't stop admiring my Aston Martin - It's my fav Dinky toy    :)

I don't remember my Dad's first car but he did have one of these Vauxhall Cresta's - same type for sale on ebay for £1599 !!  don't think he paid a third of that from new -
even remember the reg - 3121 KF
