This place looks like it's Koca Calis.  Has it been built yet? Because it's on sale already :

We have been told a five star hotel is going to be built in Koca. I think the last I heard it was going to be opposite Dephne pension which is about a 10 min walk to the sea.

The picture of the 'sweeping bay' certainly looks like the bottom end of Koca Calis beach.

Surely there is nowhere on the beach in Koca Calis that can also claim to be "to the back, you’ve got thickly-wooded mountains almost untouched by man."

We had been told Hanel were planning to build a hotel between Sunset and Surf Cafe perhaps this is it,the pine forest background could be that hill directly behind the site that has been cleared !!!

'Pine forest backdrop' could actually be miles away.

I'm sure anyone with a bit of intelligence could argue that (and win) - but that is certainly not the perception most would get from the description
