But it says 15 mins from Fethiye (assume they mean by car) and its on a hillside and next to a sweeping bay. My guess is the plot next to Seaside which was where we all thought the Jiva was going to be built. That land is ready to be built on I think. Someone posted somewhere that there were plans to build into that hillside.

Talking of the Jiva - Calislar Beach? Wonderful lagoon? Who writes this stuff? And what's a 'sparking swimming pool'?

Loz - I thought the boat owners had decided they did not want the boatyard there? That's what I heard anyway. Not sure if its still going ahead or not.

They will not have any say in the matter if the area is to be built, for the planed tourism,  I am searching the council site plans to see the hotel outline, 15mins by Car puts it at Tuana beach, the campsite was sold 18months ago, it is Tourism land it has the sweeping bay and could accommodate all the facilities, now, should it be open next year then building must be underway, I feel a car trip this afternoon.

Thats already having villa's/apartments built there.

No I'm sure that is Koca Calis beach - where the headland ends the beach at Telmessos.

Nope it's definitely Kıdrak - same bushy shrub on the bit jutting out and matching mountains skyline

I have been informed by a very reliable source that this hotel is being built by Barut Hotels.  The plot of land is next to Majesty Tuana but not sure which side.
