This does nothing to promote this beautiful area and perhaps the Mayor would consider the negative effects this sort of wanton litter making has on tourism. Not to mention the health and safety considerations. Imagine some poor child running on to that glass!

Just a quick one George, with the litter question, the example Menthol is showing above is Koca Calis, this comes under Ciftlik Belideye not Fethiye, yet, can't blame the guy for something outside his area. I know it is just as bad around Calis and Fethiye, so need an example from there really.

There are always posting on T.A. about Calis Beach and the rubbish.  One recent one, the poster asked was he making a mistake as he heard Calis was a dirty place.   Others joined in complaining about the mess.  Also about cigarette ends on the beach.  It has been the the same on T.A. for a number of years. One complaint that is aired each year is the messy overflowing bins in the town, particular the one at the end of the road leading from the Oykun to the Golden Moon apparently the bin there is really bad with Hotel staff just leaving stuff on the road when the bin is full.

I will attend meeting and have the question on announcements via tannoys all around. I remember a petition was done a couple of years ago asking could they be announced in English as well . I understand that they often call for blood donors of unusual blood groups but we do not understand the call for it but would have more chance of someone having the blood group they require.
My husband would like to know why there is a two tier pricing structure on certain things e.g. fishing license. Foreigner 150tl yr and Turkish 15tl year.

Not sure if its been asked but are we (owners) going to be charged/taxed for the recent road works that are on going bearing in mind that we have in recent years paid for works done on the same roads

I'd also like to know the answer to this.
