joyandgarry.     One of the worst symptoms I had was the sweats.  They were as you describe.
I feel like a hypochondriac at the moment..every symptom someone writes   ..
."oh I had that too"     Honest not making this up!!

I do hope you get to the bottom of it as I would be interested to know.  On our July trip to Jersey we stayed in a cottage.  So no link there.  I still blame the aeroplane.

Running the taps/shower does help and it's worth doing. The germs tend to be in the pipes so if you run them a few minutes it will help a lot. I guess cleaning the shower head will help too.

Very true trainer! Similar with the jacuzzis. If they are not looked after then legionella will thrive in that heat.

Yes, I always wonder about the mud baths, no one knows exactly what  is mixed up with mud.  I often think that swimming pools need to be cleaned all the time to prevent germs, but what  prevents germs in mud baths. :o ???

Well that may be the case, but I would not take a chance the last thing I would want to do is sit in a lot of smelly mud and hope everyone being good.

We've done the mud bath without any problems. We just kept our mouths shut! I realise this is difficult for some ladies ;-)

It's a great day out by the way and you can swim in the lake to wash it all off.
